COVID-19 What We Are Doing

Hilltribe Ontario

Our store will be re-opening Friday, June 12th but please know that it will not be business as usual.

Here are a few things that we will be doing in an effort to keep you (our customer) and our associates safe.

When you come in, you will notice that some things are different:
  • Temporary new store hours will be Tuesday to Friday from 11-6, Saturday from 11-5, closed Sunday & Monday
  • Maximum of 10 people allowed in store at a time (including associates)
  • Fitting rooms will be reworked to ensure safe physical distancing and will be cleaned after each customer
  • All clothing will be thoroughly steamed & left to hang after being tried on
  • Associates may be wearing masks
  • We will be doing enhanced cleaning & disinfecting on common surfaces such as door handles, pin pads, counter area & terminals
  • All wind instruments will now be individually wrapped & sealed and any sample products will no longer be on the floor
  • By request we will have gloves available to anyone that would like to wear them while shopping in our store & they must be disposed of before exiting our premises

To remain compliant with these guidelines, we are asking that you help us ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone by:
  • Using the supplied hand sanitizer when entering & exiting our store
  • Practice physical distancing by keeping 6 feet between yourself and other customers
  • Refrain from bringing reusable bags
  • If you have travelled recently or are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has symptoms, please refrain from entering our store & contact your doctor
As always, our website is available for purchasing online and we encourage you to shop on-line whenever possible. We offer free in store pickup for anyone living within Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Purchasing a Gift Card is another way to help support us during these difficult times and will ensure that our doors stay open for everyone to enjoy in the future.

For all out of town purchases, Canada Post continues to deliver with a few changes to their procedures. For example, signing for receipt of a parcel will no longer be available. Parcels will be dropped off if the carrier believes it is safe to do so, if not, a notice for pickup will be left.

We will be keeping everyone updated through our website and social media as things change.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us online through our website or social media. As well, if there is anything we can do to help everyone stick together and get through this, please let us know.

For the time being, please be well & stay healthy!

Love Hilltribe ♥
