The starla hat is handmade in Nepal from 100% New Zealand Winter Accessories and sure to keep you cozy and warm this winter. It is fully lined with super soft fleece and features a delightful star-shaped pattern throughout and a pom pom on top. This is a one size fits most item and measures 11" from the top to the bottom. We recommend washing by hand or on delicate in cold water and hanging or laying to dry.
