This is a stone of purity, Snowflake Obsidian provides balance for body, mind and spirit. It helps us to recognize and release “wrong thinking” and stressful mental patterns, bringing them to the surface and then dispelling them. Snowflake Obsidian allows us to connect with the spirit world, including animal spirits, allowing them to guide us and bring our awareness of past, present and future into the eternal now.

Obsidian is quickly cooled volcanic lava, which is a natural glass. The snowflake appearance is produced by internal crystalites, also referred to as flowering obsidian.
