Unakite is a vision stone which balances emotions and spirituality, while grounding us. It is often used to lay bare past issues that may be holding us back so that we can see them clearly and find a path forward. Unakite helps us to slowly and gently eliminate bad habits and release repressed emotional blockages before they manifest as physical disease. Unakite has a calm, gentle energy.

Unakite is an altered granite composed of pink orthoclase feldspar, green epidote and colourless quartz.
