The dreamcatcher is one of the most beautiful stories in Native American mythology. It is believed that both good and bad dreams circulate in the night air. The circular loop, with its center woven in a web-like pattern, allows good dreams to pass through the web and reach the sleeper, while trapping the bad dreams in the web, where they vanish at dawn.
