Local In-Store Purchases & Pick Ups

We will gladly accept returns of any regular priced item within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for an exchange or in-store credit in the form of a gift card. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. All sale items are final and non-returnable. There are no cash, debit or credit card refunds for any local purchases.

Out of Town & International Purchases

For all out of town & international online purchases through hilltribeontario.com, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item, in new condition, to Hilltribe Ontario for a refund or exchange.  Unless damaged upon arrival, any merchandise purchased on clearance may be returned for store credit (gift card) only. All items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached and with original receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable except in the case of incorrect merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit your account here. You will need your order number and email address to start. Simply follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us for any return question at info@hilltribeontario.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receiving it and if the purchased product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (items purchased on sale)
  • Earrings
  • Essential Oils, Incense, Smudge & Soaps
  • Any items that have been used or worn
  • Shipping fees

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For all shipped purchases, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you still do not see it within this time we recommend you contact your bank or credit card company right away. AlI in-store pick up & purchases are eligible for exchange or in-store credit (gift card) only within 14 days from date of purchase.
