Red Hematoid is a calming and grounding crystal that helps to quiet our minds & to process our thoughts. Red Hematoid Quartz is mostly associated with the Root Chakra, connecting & grounding our excessive energies.

This opaque variety of ferrungous quartz known as Red Hematoid Quartz or Strawberry Quartz contains inclusions of hematite or limonite which colour the crystal light red, brown or yellow and may contain markings that resemble black stars or clouds.

Palm stones (pocket stones, touch stones, worry stones) fit nicely into the palm of the hand. These tactile stones are beautiful to display and admire but are small enough to place under a pillow or tuck into a bag or pocket. They can be chosen to hold during meditation or to place on a body part for healing and massage.
