HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All Holiday Gifts purchased after November 1st are excluded from our regular return policy. For local purchases, gifts may be returned for an exchange or store credit on or before Jan. 15th with receipt and original tags attached. No exchanges on Dec. 27th.
For online/out of town gift purchases, items may be returned for an exchange or refund on or before January 15th with original tags attached. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items must be in new, unwashed & unworn condition with tags still attached. See below for more info & contact us if you have any questions.

DAY-TO-DAY RETURN POLICY
Local In-Store Purchases: We will gladly accept returns of any regular priced item within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt for an exchange or in-store credit. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. All sale items are final and non-returnable. There are no cash, debit or credit card refunds for any local purchases.
Out of Town & International Purchases: For all out of town & international online purchases through hilltribeontario.com, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item, in new condition, to Hilltribe Ontario for a refund, store credit (gift certificate), or exchange. Sale merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached and with original receipt.
Shipping fees are not refundable except in the case of incorrect or damaged merchandise. In this case, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
