HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

All Holiday Gifts purchased after November 1st are excluded from our regular return policy. For local purchases, gifts may be returned for an exchange or store credit on or before Jan. 15th with receipt and original tags attached—no exchanges on Dec. 27th. 

For online/out-of-town gift purchases, items may be returned for an exchange or refund on or before January 15th with original tags attached. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items must be in new, unwashed & unworn condition with tags still attached. See below for more info & contact us if you have any questions.

DAY-TO-DAY RETURN POLICY

Local In-Store Purchases:  We will gladly accept returns of any regular-priced item within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt for an exchange or in-store credit. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all tags attached. All sale items are final and non-returnable. There are no cash, debit or credit card refunds for any local purchases.

Out-of-Town Purchases: For all out-of-town online purchases made through hilltribeontario.com, within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in new condition to Hilltribe Ontario for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, all items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached and with the original receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. In an effort to continue providing free shipping & return shipping, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
