Tangerine Essential Oil

This wonderfully sweet, fresh and citrusy top-note essential oil is thought to promote happiness, and help with nervousness and anxiety. For support of the nervous system, use in a diffuser to surround yourself with the aroma. The aroma is very popular with children, and can have the same relaxing effect for adults as well. Tangerine essential oil is also thought to help the digestive system, reducing flatulence - possibly related to its anti-anxiety effects. To support the digestive system, dilute around 3% in a carrier oil of your choice, and rub the oil into the stomach region in a clockwise direction. In addition, tangerine oil can be beneficial to the skin, used traditionally to help stretch marks and have a positive effect on cellulite. This effect of tangerine essential oil may take some time so be patient! Again, dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the skin. Repeat daily for a period of weeks to months.

The Fragrance Oil line is named as such due to the addition of Jojoba or Almond Oil as a base carrier. This is done in an effort to keep costs down or because the oil without dilution would be a thick tar like mass. It is recommended that anybody with a nut allergy should stay away from this line as a precaution. Rest assured that there are not any carcinogens or synthetics in this line.
